Rated 4 out of 5 by from VTech Grow and Discover Tree House Toy We received this item for review purposes. This is a great play item for crawlers through toddler/preschool aged kids. It's a fun "fort" for the toddler/preschoolers. The numbers, clock, gears, shapes, balls, and sounds are very entertaining for a range of ages. It's colorful, fun, and kept the kids engaged. This keeps the kids busy! Even the older kids had fun!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A toy that grows with the kid The activity center is colorful and full of detail. VTech has incorporated animals, fruits, alphabets, numbers, a clock, shape matching, gears, 3 opening doors, and two areas to drop in and play with 3 different balls. There is detail everywhere. For older kids the tree house functions as a fort, with a roof and two walls, and two partially open sides. It provides enough shelter to be a great pretend house, without making kids completely hidden from the view of caretakers. It provides sufficient stability for babies pulling up to stand. The ball ramp, shape sorter, ball shoot, and gears all develop motor skills and show clear cause and effect even when the sound is turned off. It comes with assembly and disassembly instructions. Its a great toy with a lot of activities to keep a curious mind engaged. This tree house is quite big and would be more appropriate for a large room. It would also be more appropriate for kids 1 year and above than 6 months.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great for kids of all ages Vtech sent me this product to test and review. I couldn't be MORE impressed with this toy. My two sons are a tad old for this toy (2 and 4) but my 2 year old really enjoyed identifying the shapes and the music. My 4 year old liked helping my other son but he was a little big for the actual toy itself. This will be great for my current 2 month old when he is a little bit older, i think it would be perfect for kids between 12-15 months. Cant wait for my entire slew of boys to enjoy this together.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bright construction The first thing you’ll discover when you open up the package is that the instruction manual is a little sparse on information. By step 3 or 4, I was having to rely quite heavily on the pictures on the box itself to help me translate the 2 line explanation into a 5 minute exercise in patience. Some of the pieces were a little harder to fit together, but everything does fit and the construction feels sturdy once assembled. Expect up to 30 minutes to assemble—this could have been made easier with clearer instructions. The colors are bright and friendly. There are several moving parts that are hooked up to the electronic panel, such that opening the window, pushing shapes through correct holes, or pushing several of the buttons generates a sound response. The visual and sound experience help keep the child engaged. The “house” itself is big enough for smaller children to crawl inside and there are several attention-holding activities, whether inside or outside the house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Toy for Sitters and Crawlers I am very impressed with the Grow and Discover Tree House! While my son, who is 3 is a little too old for the product, my niece had a chance to test it out and LOVES it! She just turned one and had a blast crawling up to the little window, pressing the buttons and sorting the shapes and balls. I was really surprised by the size (it's a nice big size!) and it is perfect for play with more than one child. My son did have a great time helping my niece sort out the shapes and balls and actually had a chance to practice counting for her while playing peek a boo through the window in the middle of the Tree House. I highly recommend the Grow and Discover Tree House for kiddos who are sitting on their own, crawling and just starting to stand. I plan on purchasing one for my nephew's first birthday and can't wait for our new baby girl to be old enough to play with this awesome Tree House too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My son's preschool loved this Since my son is over 3, I took this product to his preschool for the baby and 2 year old class to use. Here's what his preschool director told me: "It was a HUGE hit with the two year olds and even older preschoolers. It stores way easier than I expected because the tent part just pops off and then you have two flat side panels. It's the perfect toy for a one to two year old and is appealing to older siblings as well."

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing VTech Baby Toy! I will be honest It was a little bit difficult to assemble, but I think that is because my 3 year old, husband and myself all worked on it together. As soon as it was set up, my daughter wanted to play with it. She played with it for a good hour. I can't wait to have a little one for them to play with it. I am excited to have this around for the Holiday's as my friends all have little ones (under a year and a half) so this would be a great way to help keep them busy while we enjoy our time together. This toy is VERY well made, super safe, and colorful. This is perfect for a little one that is growing and developing. I am so pleased and would suggest this for a gift for a new mom, young child, and more.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cute treehouse for hours of play Both of my children enjoyed playing with this. A little bit young for the 5 year old, but she liked playing with her little brother when he was using it. There are a lot of different aspects to it.. all sides. The little doors and the chute for the balls on the back are cute. A lot of pieces to this and it took me awhile to get it all together, but it wasn't overly complicated. I don't recommend putting it together WITH your kids though.. as mine would not stay out of the middle of it while I was attaching and assembling everything. The upside of that was that they were so excited to play with it.. and have been back to play with it over and over and over since.
