Im very aggervated with this product. I bought 3 of them for Christmas gifts for my kids and every since ive had a problem getting them to register and ive not got any help with customer service people either. I spent a lot of money for nothing.

I paid the extra money for the wifi and it isnt wifi from what i have found i still have to plug it into the computer to download things on it.The rest of it is awsome and fun but if i new it wasnt wifi like it is advertised i would of got the one for less.

This is great except connecting to wi-fi is terrible. There are tons of error messages and we burned through 8 batteries the first day.

OMG!!! This was the perfect gift we got for our 3.5yr old son on Christmas.Specially cus he loves taking pictures,& loves to do art so this has everything he needs.He LOVES it and manage to get evrything together by him self ,plays all the games which are perfec he is learning at the same time..

Open prior to using and setup online so you can explain how it works when it is opened! I bought a couple of the game cartridges too for more fun and downloaded a few songs off my music library - mp3's - to get the started. Really easy to work with from my desktop.

Tho my son hasn't yet had the chance to play with his Innotab 2S it is a christmas gift he will soon be having as much fun with it at home, in the car, at the doctors, etc,etc. as he does playing with the demo in the stores. Not to mention the "spaz" attacks over the commericial. I am so excited and can't wait for Christmas to give it to him and will be adding additional reviews and updates shortly.
