Rated 1 out of 5 by MADEINCANADA TOUCH SCREEN BROKE IN A MONTH
This watch was a really cool present for my 7 year old. He really liked it and in less than a month the touch screen feature stopped working rendering it pretty much useless. It hasn't gotten wet, or been thrown or mistreated. I've tried turning the power on and off and even tried resetting the watch to no avail.
Very disappointed. However it seems like my experience is rare considering all the positive reviews. Or this site filters the reviews. Who knows.

This product is very Educational, plus its a lot of fun at the same time. You do not get that, in a lot of products. two for one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ale90 My kids and I love this gadget!
My 3 and 5 year old love it, even I find myself using it. It makes them feel grown up when I ask for the time. We love all the cool features, especially the camera. The battery life is amazing, it last a long time. I homeschool my 5 year old, and it has helped him keep track of his own time. I set alarms for him to wake up and other activities he has to do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by mrs07c Not just for the older kids
I was provided a Kidizoom Smartwatch to review with my 4 year old. While the suggested age does say 4 and up I wasn't sure if it would be something that's beneficial to her. However, it has not only helped her start to tell time (digitally), it has also helped her understand number order and reading numbers (ie: left to right, twelve:thirty not one two: three zero). The durability of the band is quite amazing she has take it on and off more than I count and there is no visual wear and tear!
Her favorite feature is the camera and for such a little one it actually takes a decent picture (clartiywise, nothing I'd print as a 8x10 but quite nice for the size).
There are other features too that keep her busy on long car rides like games and photo editing, and even a microphone feature (because hearing "let it go" belted out live isn't as good as playing it back again and again).
Overall, I think it's a great gadget that has a lot of options for the cost.

Rated 4 out of 5 by AmyOhSoSavvyMom Great for learning and for fun!
My kids love this watch. It's been great for both learning and play.
1. The Kidizoom Smartwatch is an excellent way to help build creativity!
2. Builds telling time skills. The Kidizoom Smartwatch comes with both digital and analog clock faces.
3.The games help kids with hand-eye coordination and response time, critical and spatial thinking, telling time, and more.
4. Comfortable and tough enough for kids.
5. You don’t need to buy replacement batteries!
Just a couple of cons so far:
1. There isn’t much storage capacity. This means you’ll need to make sure you upload any videos or pictures to a computer on a regular basis.
2. If the watch gets turned off (as opposed to going into sleep mode when not in use) or the battery run out, the date and time will need to be reset when the watch is turned back on again.
3. I'd love to see an improvement on battery life in future models.
Disclosure: I received a Kidizoom watch to review on my blog. All opinions are honest and are my own.
