My 5 year old has grown up with VTech toys and my 2 month old will do the same. I love your products and have never had any problems with them.

For my sons 5th birthday he received the Fly & Learn Globe…he was so excited but it didn’t work. My sister bought this for him at Christmas time and he just received it this past Saturday. We followed the direction on trying to rectify the situation to no avail.

I called customer service this morning and they walked me though another try, still unsuccessful. To make a long story short, your customer service is terrific. I love that you stand by your products and are willing to replace this toy. My son will be so excited to receive a working one. I will recommend your learning toys to anyone and will definitely let everyone know that your customer service is top notch! The person that I dealt with today was very kind and deserves some recognition for being so helpful!

I just wanted to send a note saying thank you for the toys you are making. I have a young daughter who just got your VTech computer. It teaches the alphabet and numbers and has different games to teach her these things. She loves it and is learning so much. I think you should promote this more. It is an inexpensive but wonderful tool. Keep of the good work. I look forward to what you come out with next.

I would also like to tell you a funny story. Most of my freinds have playstations and x box's for their kids with what I call shoot them up dead games and my kids only are allowed to have the V.Smile systems. When my freinds bring their kids over of different ages they have a hard time getting their kids to quit playing our games to leave. I always tell them “yeah and it is educational too.” It also cost less. I do think the VFlash is harder to play for my kids then the V.Smile though.

We attempted to correct the problem over the phone by resetting the device but without success. My family loves VTECH more than any other educational toy maker out there. My parents started off by buying my first child her first computer and it just never stop. There is a 5 year age difference between my children and now my second child is getting hand-me-down toys and you would JUST NEVER KNOW. Your products are unbelievable, very durable and just put new batteries in them and play on. We have the Nitro Notebook, Genius Notebook, Soft Songs Baby Phone, Learn & Discover Driver, Smart Key and that is only to name a few.

I would like to send out the dearest thank you to the Vtech company!  You don’t hear of many companies anymore that have the customer service your company has. I bought a V.Smile Pocket last Christmas for my son, and about six months after owning this, it started having problems. I called the customer service and instead of giving me the run around as many companies do they tried helping me over the phone then told me that if I paid shipping they would replace the pocket. Now I must say, when I was told they would replace the product I thought, refurnished or just fix it and get on with the day type thing, but oh no. I recieved today a whole new V.Smile Pocket with game, and everything. Total surprise! Not only was your customer service very friendly and helpful, but the overall company went above what I expected! I wish there were more companies out there like VTech. Now again my 4 year old son can enjoy his exprience with his favorite toy that has been replaced. Thank you again for your great customer service!

I just wanted to let you know that we bought a Little Talking Scholar for my daughter for Christmas when she was 2. It seemed a little advanced for her at the time, but we knew she'd grow into it. She used to call it her little computer. Since then our other two kids have played with this toy constantly. When my kids finally grew out of their toys, it was finally relegated to the toybox in my hairstyling room in my house. Just recently, my 17 (!!) year old asked if we could PLEASE put this thing to rest! Every once in a while I have to put in new batteries and it's good to go again.....almost 15 years later!! Good job VTech!

Good afternoon-

First, I would like to commend you on one particularly incredible product from VTech.  When my oldest daughter was 3 or 4 years old, her Dad and I purchased a Video Painter.  She loved that toy, as did her sister and her brother, who recently turned 7 years old.  The clincher is that my oldest daughter, Kyla, is about to turn 18!

The only problems we have every had with the Video Painter is that we recently lost the adaptor cord to connect it into the TV from the "video out" port.  Is it still possible to replace that cord?

I would understand if the cord is no longer available, but also wanted to let the company know about all the enjoyment the Video Painter brought to my home, and the fact that it survived 3 children and 14 years!  I wish other products where that well made!

Thank you so much.  I had contacted your department for information about a problem with the  hand held V.Smile. I have to tell you how nice the person on the phone was.  He did not give me a hard time, a couple of discovery questions and he gave me instructions on how to send it back. Less than two weeks has passed and I just got the replacement,  I am impressed with your service and willingness to help. Thank you so very much.  My grandson lives in Fort Myers and is counting the days when I will go to give him his precious toy. You've been a life saver.  A grandma in Orlando cannot say enough THANK YOU!!!

He is only 4 but very smart thanks to the games you offer. He has mastered Zayzoo and he doesn't know how to read yet. This week I got him Cars and Shrek and I am thinking they may be easy for him. I wanted to thank you for your help recently on the problem I was having with my child's VTech Pocket.  I first e-mailed you with my problem that the Pocket was no longer turning on and the reset button was not working. You had given me suggestions to try other things, in which I did and it still did not work.  I then called and you guys went over my e-mail and then told me to send it back to the company and they would issue a new Pocket.

I was very impressed that no one gave me a hard time about not having a receipt because it was a gift.  No one tried to tell me it was our fault and there was nothing they could do.  The individuals that had helped me were very kind and very understanding.  All of my questions were answered and the new item was shipped back to me within the 2 week time period (actually sooner than 2 weeks).  I was very pleased with the response time and the way our situation was handled.  I know not too may people e-mail with positive responses, but I wanted to let you know how happy I was with your service and your product.  I will definetly continue buying VTech products and have already started talking about how well you guys have treated me thus far.

I have a grandson that I am raising, he is 5 years old and has mild autism. The VTech products are great for children with autism.  He is reading, counting, knows his colors, shapes, numbers, spelling, and he loves the v tech games. They have taught him to listen and follow directions. Your games should be marketed for autistic children. Thank you and we are so pleased with the progress  that Mike is making and I believe it is because of the VTech products. He loves them and gets so excited and tells us what a great job he is doing.

First, I would just like to say how much my son enjoys his V.Smile.  He has had the system for a month now and I am amazed at how well he has learned to play the games.  His eye/hand coordination has improved tremendously as well as learning the alphabet and shapes; he already knew his colors but this helps to reinforce them.  The fact that the games also help with problem solving is wonderful as well for my son as he is reluctant to try to figure things out on his own but with Pooh or Simba he is able to...

... I have begun to recommend the V.Smile to the parents in my son's pre-school class.  Some were very unsure about getting their 3 year olds playing video games until I assured them the kids will learn color, shapes, letters, numbers, problem solving and the eye/hand coordination.

I'm writing to tell you how much my 7 month old Granddaughter loves her Bright Lights Phone. When my son and family were here for the holidays, we took my Granddaughter to get her pictures taken at Babies R Us. The studio is first come first serve, so we had about an hour wait. As we were walking around the store we picked up the Bright Lights Phone. Lauren loved it and it kept her amused the entire wait. When they flew home, (Boston) Lauren had her phone out on the plane and played with it all the way home. I talked to my son the other day, he said "that was the best present Lauren got, she plays with it more than any of her other toys". Since I don't get to see my granddaughter very often, I like to think that her favorite toy is from her Grandma that lives so far away. I know this is a gift I will give when I have an occasion to give a baby toy!

I think this is one of the greastest products ever.  My 4 year old son got V.Smile as a gift for Christmas, 5 of the games as well.  I have been trying to get him to learn numbers and letters and he just did not want to know anything.  Well it has been 3 weeks since Christmas and he has mastered all of the numbers 1-10 and learned how to count by 2's.  I am very impressed with this system.  He has also mastered 20 letters i could not be happier.  So i would like to thank you and V.Smiles creators its a wonderful thing.  I hope you contiune making many games for this system. I recently purchased your product, Write and Learn Smartboard. I wanted to thank you for such a wonderful product. My son has made remarkable improvement in his writing skills. Moreover, he absolutely LOVES the Smartboard. The first thing he does in the morning is ask to write letters. Of course, that\'s not what I prefer to do at 6AM, but nevertheless, I am thrilled with his interest. We will definitely purchase more of your products in the furture.

I have recently purchased the V.Smile system for my 5 year old for Christmas. His wish was to have a PS2 from Santa, but I couldn't justify spending that much money on my 5 year old.

I saw the ad in a Wal-Mart flyer purchased the game plus the winnie the pooh cartridge.

Let me tell you, my 5 year old was not interested in any other item that he received for Christmas that morning. I feel that it was and still is the best gift that someone could have given any child, and will recommend the V.SMile to my friends with young children.

I am the proud parent of a 5 year old V.Smile user and I could not be more happy with the system. What sold me on it was that the joystick could be made lefty for my daughter who is VERY dominant left handed. She has always had a difficult time playing other video gaming systems, partly because they were too difficult and partly because they were for right handed people. Not only have I been totally satisfied, one of my daughter's friends is going to get them for Christmas, too, because his parents liked it so much. The kids can set the whole system up themselves, change cartridges, and switch the joystick back and forth as they share. I work at our local Toys R Us and I can not tell you how many V.Smile systems I have sold by simply answering people's questions honestly. They want to know what I like best (low frustration, educational, fun) and least (graphics compared to other systems my daughter sees). The system sells itself, I just offer security in their decisions.

I have recently bought the V.Smile for my son and think that it is an awesome product! I was wondering if there are plans for more smartridges to be made in the future? "...Normally when a game comes with something it's not very interesting to the child.....but, Alphabet Park is my sons favorite game!!! We purchased the V.Smile for traveling too and it works out great!!! Makes your trips go much faster because they have something "hands on" to do. VTech has certainly outdone themselves with this.
