Replacement Parts

For U.S. customers: If you need to replace any parts for your VTech products, you can order them for FREE right here through the VTech Kids site. Click on the first letter of your product's name below then click on your product in the resulting list.


To order the part you need, click on the orange "Order" button. Please note there is no charge for the replacement parts, however, there will be a shipping charge.
