I registered my VTech toy but didn’t receive any V.Coins. Why not?
Answer
If your VTech toy has already been registered to another account, you will not receive any V.Coins by re-registering it.
However, if you have never registered your VTech toy before, please email our Customer Support team for help at vtechkids@vtechkids.com
