I registered my V.Reader but didn’t receive any V.Coins. Why not?
Answer
If your V.Reader has already been registered to another account, you will not receive any V.Coins by re-registering it..
However, if you have never registered your V.Reader before, please email our Customer Support team for help at vtechkids@vtechkids.com
