When I go to the Learning Lodge Download Center, the "Add to Cart" button is dimmed out.
Tip 1 of 2Make sure the country selection in the Download Center matches the location where you registered your toy. Follow these steps to check the country selection:
1. Click the “Download Center” button located at the top of the Learning Lodge Navigator.
2. Choose your country from the drop-down menu on the top right of the screen.
3. Enter the toy’s Download Center and see if the problem is resolved.
Tip 2 of 2If you are still experiencing a problem, check if the toy is properly set up:
1. Click on the “My Account” button located at the top of the Learning Lodge Navigator.
2. Go to the “My Children” page.
3. Make sure the toy is registered to one of your children. If it is not, please register it before accessing the Download Center.
