How do I reset my password?
If you forgot your password, please follow the steps below to reset it:
1. Launch the Learning Lodge Navigator.
2. Click on “My Account” in the top menu bar.
3. Click on “Forgot your password?”
4. Click “Yes” on the confirmation prompt.
5. An e-mail will immediately be dispatched to the e-mail account you used for registration with your new password.
6. Login with the new password as given in the e-mail.
7. After logging in, please take a moment to change your password in the “My Account” menu.
