VTech items are shipped from Washington state. Your shipping and handling charges will be calculated from the following chart:

For multiple shipping addresses, shipping and handling and qualification for promotions will be calculated separately based on the merchandise total for each address. There is a $10 shipping surcharge for shipments to AK and HI.
**Once the order has shipped, orders become the property of UPS and VTech is no longer liable for shipping delays or lost packages. Tracking information becomes available once items reach the UPS Hub. Please wait 24-48 hours to begin tracking your items.**
Alaska & Hawaii
Please note there is a $10 surcharge for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii through UPS.
Your order will be shipped common carrier, ground (unless expedited service is chosen). Order will arrive in 5 - 7 business days.
Shipments can be sent 2nd or 3rd day via UPS per chart above. Please note UPS will NOT deliver on Saturdays. We do not offer overnight shipping at this time.
Rush orders received by 1:00 pm PST on standard business days will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 1:00 pm PST, or on weekends and holidays, will be shipped the next business day (Monday through Friday).
VTech and UPS cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or other situations beyond our control.
VTECH IS UNABLE TO SHIP OUTSIDE THE 50 UNITED STATES AT THIS TIME.
PLEASE NOTE, VTECH WILL NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES, MILITARY ADDRESSES, CANADA OR PUERTO RICO. Â PLEASE PROVIDE A STREET ADDRESS OR YOUR ORDER WILL NOT SHIP ON TIME.
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return items purchased through VTech Online within 90 days of purchase for a refund.
To return an item customer should access their Club VTech account to receive return instructions and 2 printable forms to include with return.
We cannot process exchanges. To get exactly the product you want as quickly as possible, return the item for a refund and place an order for the new item.
Please contact VTech Customer Service at vtechkids@vtechkids.com. Once we have confirmed the wrong product was shipped, we will immediately ship the correct item and issue a UPS Call Tag to pick up incorrect item.

Customers should refuse any damaged packages. If you are unable to refuse delivery (not home, etc) immediately notify UPS regarding the damage then notify VTech Customer Service at vtechkids@vtechkids.com as per above and we will ship replacement.
