Order Processing:
Orders are processed in real time and are not available for changes or cancellation. Orders received by 1:30 pm PST on standard business days will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 1:30 pm PST, or on weekends and holidays, will be shipped the next business day (Monday through Friday). Please provide a complete and accurate street address to insure prompt delivery.
Standard Ground Delivery:
Your order will be shipped via common ground carrier, unless expedited service is chosen. Orders will typically arrive within 5 - 7 business days.
Please note that while most ground orders are shipped via UPS, some orders may ship via USPS depending on your location and order details.

Express Delivery:
Shipments can be sent via UPS 2-Day Air Delivery, per chart above. Please note UPS will NOT deliver on Saturdays.
Alaska & Hawaii:
Please note there is a $10 surcharge for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. This surcharge is still applicable even on orders that qualify for free ground shipping.
Delivery Delays:
VTech and UPS cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or other situations beyond our control.
Foreign Orders:
VTech is unable to ship outside the 50 United States at this time. Please note, VTech will not ship to PO Boxes, Canada, or Puerto Rico.
