at first it the preset volume is too loud, but if you scroll from left to right in the activities go all the way to " SETUP: and click enter, then click right arrow to choose volume, click enter, then click on left arrow to slide the volume from loud to soft, we set it to the lowest setting and is perfect. you can also control the screen brightness from the same setup menu.

While I am giving it 4 stars, it does need some help. I am begging as a parent, please add a volume control and a possible headphone jack. Then do a product recall and give the updated on in it's place.

The preset volume is way too loud for a 4 year old. No where in the instructions is there a reference to the volume control. Telephone support was not able to help. Other then the volume, the toy is great.
