Bite Sized Learning Games

Sometimes a snack is just the right sized meal. It can hold you (or your child) over until that next meal and often will make your child (or you) better behaved in the interim. Of course, not all snacks are created equal. A candy snack can hit the spot sometimes, but more often a healthy snack satisfies that craving while maintaining nutritional value.

Tablets - Been There

I’ve been there. I’ve been that guy in the store with his kid holding the $500 tablet with a broken screen. Kids (and mine are certainly no exception) love to play with the large touch sensitive screens of tablets. It is an intuitive way for them to interact with digital content. And it is fun too. While these devices may not be as fragile, either digitally or physically, as they once were these are still devices made primarily for older, and hopefully more responsible, kids and adults.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Signing for babies? I love, love, love that you are making videos available that teach sign language for babies. Thank you, but I have an eight year old that could really use close caption or some type of captions in the videos. Even though she is eight, her learning is a couple of years behind because of her deafness. And been able to pick games,e-books and videos that fit her learning level is awesome. She is very smart and loves her InnoTab2. She got her first one when she was six. She turns nine in October and I am up grading to the WI-FI Inno Tab on her birthday. I hope it runs a little faster than the other Inno Tabs. Thank you once again. :-) August 31, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Be prepared to send money on batteries! Decent tablet but over priced. At $79.99 plus $25 per game, you're better off buying your kid a Nintendo DS or something similar. At this price, it should come with a rechargeable battery pack, I'm currently spending $10/month on batteries (Energizer Ultimate Lithium) just for that one toy and it's not being overly used (maybe 1 to 2 hours per week). Overall unsatisfied with the value. August 17, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by Doesn't work Won't connect to my computer, cant use the wifi.. Spent hours of troubleshooting. Basically useless what is the point of buying something that doesn't work. Don't buy it!!! June 30, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Children's Tablet I bought the innotab 2s for my 15 month old because we travel a lot and I could put our movies on it. It was a frustrating first few days as I tried to get the movies to work and was to the point of returning it but I got it and now my son loves it. He's thrown and dropped it almost everyday and it's still in perfect condition. I bought the adapter for home because he was going through batteries like crazy. I know he will be able to use his innotab for years to come! :) June 22, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Horrible my 3 year old dropped it and the screen cracked. He did play with it but its put together with cheap parts,,. for the amount of money it cost. looks like hes getting a something else from a different brand. it lasted less than 6 months June 4, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not a bad Ipad substitute once you learn how to put Movies on. Daughter loved it for the first couple of weeks, than became bored with it. Bought her a new game. Played with it for a few weeks again...bored again. Once I did some sleuthing and found a way to convert her movies onto the SD card so she could watch full feature length animated films on it. She takes it with her everywhere. June 2, 2013
