Rated 1 out of 5 by pen broke after very little use The pen stopped working after very little use - when I called the company, I was told to take it back to where I bought it, or they could give me a discount on another product!!!!! Obviously I would not buy another vtech product if that is how they back their products. When I got angry, they told me I could send it back at my expense and they would send me another one. Again, good customer service from a company that backs their products would have been to send me another bugsby with out a fight and at no charge to me. April 5, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very interactive and fun! I love the variety of having a story, a section on the alphabet, and animals to keep my son engaged. I also really appreciate that they put a headset jack in the pen so he can listen to it without interrupting anyone else, especially in the car! Great tool to help him learn words and reading on his own or when I can't participate. March 30, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Wonderful product, highly recommend it! My 3.5 yr old daughter LOVES her Bugsby, and so do I. She uses it with or without headphones and reads books and plays the games. The games in Bugsby books appear more interesting than the TAG system books. She's probably read her Yo Gabba Gabba book over a hundred times. She's always discovering new things in her books that she didn't know were there. We want to see more books to choose from. When your kid can read to herself, you jump at the chance to buy new books. Rated 5 out of 5 by Love the Bugsby tool! I recently purchased this product for my three-year-old son. He has really enjoyed it and his new Brobee's Birthday book that we bought with it. I am really impressed with the how well this product works and how easily the pen picks up the material. Long ago my nephew had something similar and it worked horribly. This is definitely an improvement from the products from a few years back! I am hoping for more books for this system and am hoping also for books with Disney shows such as Chuggington, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and Handy Manny. Overall an excellent product! December 26, 2010
